Ericsson’s Connected Vehicle team has application for fleet admin to run day-to-day fleet operation. It collects and store the data. The business operator uses this data to make business decisions. However, the data was currently served as raw tabular data.

To help business operator makes decision easier, raw data needs to be converted into interactive charts and automate mundane work of converting the raw data into insights.

To kickstart the project, I visited production team in Guang Zhou. We brainstormed, aligned our visions, and discussed how we could work together once I am back in Stockholm working remotely.

Aside from designing interaction patterns and interface, I also translated business requirements into features. These requirements came from internal team and customers, which are car rental services and car manufacturing companies.
